1. Assess your health.
We start by asking you to provide a window into your current life and habits - work commitments, medical history, eating habits, sleep patterns and hobbies. We use this information to establish your current health.
This is every client’s starting point.
2. Find the gaps.
We identify which areas of your lifestyle and habits may be compromising your health and work with you to establish your personal health priorities and goals. That could be losing weight, getting stronger, feeling more energetic, developing healthier eating habits, or something else entirely.
3. Form the game plan.
This is your bespoke guide to improved health and happiness. We identify small, achievable lifestyle changes, and devise a plan of action to enable you to practise and sustain new habits, and ultimately achieve your goals, all in a realistic timeframe.
4. Put it into action.
The first and most important step towards change is to prioritise it. Your game plan should be a non-negotiable part of your day.
We review your game plan every 6-8 weeks to ensure you’re moving in the right direction, and ultimately set new, more ambitious goals!
