Essential Foundation Session (90 mins): £150
This essential first step gives us the insight to design a training programme that is safe, effective, and built just for you.
✓ Getting to Know You: We'll take the time to understand your personal goals, motivations, and what has (and hasn't) worked for you in the past.
✓ Understanding Your Movement: We'll look at how you move to make the best decisions for your programme, helping you become stronger and more resilient.
✓ Establishing Your Baseline: We use objective data from VALD technology to set a clear starting point, giving us a reference to measure your progress over time.
✓ Building Your Bespoke Plan: We use everything we've learned to build your first training plan—one that is enjoyable, achievable, and designed just for you.
Enhanced Digital Programming.
Your flexible remote training plan, personally managed by an expert physio. Every tier includes a 1:1 in-person Progress Review every 8 weeks.
Monthly Programming Tiers
2 sessions per week: £110 per month
