Clinical Strength & Resilience Small Group Sessions.
Specialist physiotherapy coaching for those navigating joint changes, surgical recovery, or chronic conditions. Capped at a 1:6 ratio, we provide the expert guidance necessary to help you exercise effectively and build lasting physical resilience within a supportive community setting.
Once a week membership (5 sessions a month): £175 per month (£35 per session)
Twice a week membership (9 sessions a month): £270 per month (£30 per session)
10-class pass (6 month expiry): £400 (£40 per session)

A standalone 45-minute VALD assessment to get objective, data-driven insights into your body's capabilities, whether you’re optimising performance, building everyday confidence, or guiding your recovery.
