1:1 Physio-led Fitness.

Dedicated in-person coaching for the highest level of support, accountability, and progress.

  • Training Once a Week: £70 per session

  • Training Twice a Week: £60 per session

  • Training Three Times a Week: £55 per session

  • Essential Foundation Session (90 mins): £150

This essential first step gives us the insight to design a training programme that is safe, effective, and built just for you.

Getting to Know You: We'll take the time to understand your personal goals, motivations, and what has (and hasn't) worked for you in the past.

Understanding Your Movement: We'll look at how you move to make the best decisions for your programme, helping you become stronger and more resilient.

Establishing Your Baseline: We use objective data from VALD technology to set a clear starting point, giving us a reference to measure your progress over time.

Enhanced Digital Programming.

Your flexible remote training plan, personally managed by an expert physio. Every tier includes a 1:1 in-person Progress Review every 8 weeks.

Monthly Programming Tiers

  • 2 sessions per week: £110 per month

  • 3 sessions per week: £130 per month

  • 4 sessions per week): £150 per month
